Shipping

You will receive an automatic confirmation when you place your order. Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card verification.

This may take longer during special releases, major holidays, and during a markdown period. Please note, Down by One does not ship on major holidays.

All orders are shipped from the United States of America. While orders are typically shipped within 10-15 business days, orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.

Down by One ships to most countries worldwide. International shipments will have additional tax/tariff determined by the country we are shipping to, customs fees and duties are the buyers responsibility.

Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to COVID-19, no Returns or Exchanges at this time.

All items that are Returned to Down by One due to incorrect address, the Shipping Cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Down by One is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced.

Stolen/lost packages are non-refundable, however Down by One does offer shipping insurance through Route at checkout, please select this. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact support@downbyone.co and we will try our best to assist you with this matter.
